"You're full of it." 这句口语的意思就是“你在胡说八道”或“你满嘴跑火车”，通常用来表示对方在撒谎、夸大事实或说一些不靠谱的话。
⚠️ 这句话的语气非常直接，甚至有点粗鲁，只适合用在非正式场合或关系比较熟的人之间。如果想委婉一点，可以说 "I don't buy it." 或 "That sounds fishy."
