动词短语是由动词和介词、副词、名词等构成的，在句中作谓语。
用法：apply to后的宾语可以是人，也可以是物。
例句：Currently, this software can only apply to one kind of mobile phone.
语法结构分析：Currently是副词作状语, this software是主语（this是前置定语）， can only apply to是谓语， one kind of mobile phone是宾语（这里宾语是物）。
用法：approach to中的介词to后面通常跟名词或代词，表示接近的对象，或是通往某个目标的办法。
