我们经常会听到别人的好消息，这时我们一定会祝贺对方。如果用英文，该怎么说呢？
最简单的祝贺就是：
Congratulations.
恭喜恭喜！/祝贺你！
Hear you got married. Congratulations!
听说你们喜结良缘了，恭喜恭喜！
前面的场景可以置换，如：
Hear you got promoted. Congratulations!
听说你升职了，恭喜恭喜！
祝贺可以再加上祝福：
Congratulations and all good wishes.
恭喜并祝你万事如意。
如果要就某一特定事件祝贺别人，可以用这个句型：
Congratulations on + n./V-ing.
如：
Congratulations on the birth of your child.
恭贺你喜得贵子。
Congratulations on getting into/being accepted to college!
恭喜你考上大学！
也可用“congratulation”的动词形式“congratulate”,常用搭配是这样的：
congratulate sb. on sth.
例（注意标粗的部分为常用句型）
Let me congratulate you on your achievement.
请允许我为您的成就表示祝贺。
I must congratulate you on your appointment as manager.
我得祝贺你当上了经理。
再来学两句更为正式的表达：
Please accept my sincere congratulations.
请接受我最衷心的祝贺。
Allow me to express my heartiest congratulations on your success.
请允许我对您的成功表示最衷心的祝贺。
如果别人向你表达祝贺，你可以简单地回答：
Thank you.
谢谢你!
